Stellar Network is now accepting submissions for its 3rd Annual Plays in Progress - an opportunity for emerging writers to gain exposure among top industry professionals. Last year over 200 playwrights submitted their works. The winner Bernard Weintraub's ACCOMPLICES went on to be produced by the New Group, and was nominated for the Drama Desk awards.
