The African American Playwrights Exchange invites you to join us on Saturday, November 1st for the NYC reading of MRS. STREETER, a startling, award-winning new family drama dealing with African American, feminist and gay themes by Washinton, D C playwright Merrill D. Jones. Come meet the playwright and join director Ward Nixon, stage manager Tobi Kanter and a stellar cast featuring Kimberly Munroe, Fulton Hodges, Lawrence Floyd, Dee Spencer, Michael Munroe, Robyne Cone, Valarie Tekosky and Terrence Epps, as they remind us that "You're not here to make up for every bad thing that happened to your mother."
