is auditioning for our election year TV comedy show

FUN IN THE WHITE HOUSE.

To audition prepare a one minute campaign speech

by a seriously unlikely presidential candidate.

Particularly interested in minorities, meaning any one who is

NOT straight, white, Christian and male.

If you are not sure if these qualities apply to you,

then you may consider yourself a minority.

Auditions open to all ages.

Auditions in Spanish welcome.

Writers interested in submitting monologues

( i.e. bizarre campaign speeches) also welcome.

F.L.A.G. auditions for HARLEM RENAISSANCE

Who can audition?

Anyone with a knowledge of the HARLEM RENAISSANCE and an author they would like to read from and singers with songs from the Harlem Renaissance repertoire. Students welcome. You must audition with a selection of 3 - 5 minutes and be able to say something about the author or composer.

Call for AA ACTORS (Non Equity) NYC

Director: Arthur W. French III. The Riant Theatre presents Bitter Apples a one act play about strange things occuring when people try to hook up at a park bench. This play was a semi finalist in the Strawberry One-Act Festival, and was published. There will be a one show showcase Saturday February 21st 7pm or 9pm (TBD) and a three week run beginning April 20th through may 3rd (tentative). There is a car fare stipend. Auditions will be held sometime in the near future. Auditions by appointment only. Be prepared to read from script. Looking for African american Actors to audition (non equity). AUDITION INFORMATION

When: Saturday, January 26, 2008

Where: Southwest Arts Center

What: Auditions will last until 4:30 pm with callbacks immediately following at 5 pm. We are having a table reading at 6:30 pm for selected actors. Please be prepared to stay until 8 pm if you are chosen to participate!

This is a paid non-equity production.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• We are casting for 6 roles: 3 males and 3 females.
• The rehearsal schedule for this show will be as follows:
• Sunday, February 10, Tuesday, February 12,
• Friday, February 15, Saturday, February 16
• Monday, February 18 (tech), and Tuesday, February 19 (dress)
• Please audition only if you will be able to meet the rehearsal schedule.
• Please arrive on time for your audition and be prepared to perform a 1-2 minute dramatic monologue.
• The show will be presented Wednesday, February 20 (one show), Thursday, February 21 (2 shows), Friday, February 29 (one show), and Saturday, March 1 (2 shows). Please audition only if you will be available to perform on the days and times stated.
